is it possible for me to learn a dance just by watching the video over and over if i really try to practice it? ( the dance is street dancing so i know its very hard)

Of course it's possible.  It may be a little difficult, but if you keep practicing, sure!

Yes, anything's possible. I taught myself just by audio. Here, at least you can watch the movements.
