Is it possible that ALL the spirits we hear are "familiar spirits"?

Is that why people avoid you when they know spirits are communicating with you?

I try not to subscribe to any one filed of thought when it comes to investigating.  If there are indeed spirits of people who have passed on trying to convey messages to us, it's best to just stay open minded until that one piece of irrefutable evidence comes along.

There are so many different ideas as to what these anomalies are, that one would wind up with more questions than answers in the pursuit.  Remaining open minded to any possibility has made it easier to try and come up with my own conclusions (and I don't think that any of those are near convincing to even myself...you gotta love paranormal investigation!).

People avoid you because they think your nuts, they don't understand it, especially because it's not happening to them.

Familiar spirits are spirits that were someone we once knew, perhaps in a past life.

Not always do we hear them as they're there standing by our side when we sleep. Our spirit within is always awake as our bodies sleep. These spirits usually are communicating telepathy with our spirits. We may not even know it, but our spirit understands it all. I know this is true, because I see it when my third eye opens as I am still asleep- like an OBE, I am now in between them stages, and can communicate the same and be aware of it, but not always remember or understand all they say....but my spirit does. unless they speak out loud, and that happens when they know that I am in that stage, when they know I am aware of what's going on, they speak and comfort allowing me to know that it's okay.

So yes it's possible that most or all are familiar, even if they are bad spirits, perhaps an enemy from a past life.

I am speaking of the spirits that mainly come to you at your bed side, for one reason or another. You can communicate to any spirit that you may not know, and how do you know if you do or not if you have no memory of them in your past life times....But your spirit knows within. Sorry I tend to go a bit deep as I am open to all possibilities.

All I know is there's a spiritual battle all around us, of good and bad spirits and angels....the good wanting to guide and protect us. And the bad wanting to hurt and confuse us. We don't see all them battles actually having it out in the spiritual world and sometimes the battles are in our homes and with in ourselves.

You know, I wish the spirits would be a little more clear in their communication.

It's one thing to simply show up at my bedside at night, but rather pointless if all they really do is just watch me sleep.

They need to be a little more clear in what they are really trying to communicate. If all they want to do is bug me, how pointless is that? If they are not going to guide me to the million dollars, then why hang around? Unless they really want me to solve a crime, take care of unfinished business, etc, they need to give me a name and a date so I can research them and start helping instead of just flashing objects past my eyes. Forget offering me invisible gifts, make my plants in my garden grow, Make my vegetable seeds grow and produce fantastic fruit. Guide me to the location of the hidden treasure. Give me the winning lottery numbers. Otherwise, quit bugging me and leave me alone.

no not all spirits are familiar spirits, very few really ive only run across less than a hundred out of the many spirits ive come across, but usually spirits dont contact you is because why should they? usually spirits dont do things without reasons....usually is a keyword though...and their are rules and laws that alot of spirits follow, yes even in the spiritual realm there is laws

Yes unless you enter a house that is haunted.Then that spirit may contact you if different ways.Some times they might get your attention,so to get rid of you from there quite souroundings.Other times they want to contact you.A lot of spirits do try to contact the living because i beleive they are lonely.Just imeagien having no one to talk to or someone to speak to you for more than 100 years.

If you hear a spirit enough then I suppose you could say you're familiar with it.  This doesn't carry as much weight in the English language as it would in other languages (i.e. German) that conjugate their verbs as either formal or familiar.
