Is it possible that America caused the earthquake on dec.26, 2004?

i know this is weird and out of this world...

i just need some opinions...

is it really possible that the earthquake on the Indian ocean that caused the tsunami was done by the America?

coz they are the ones who bought the earthquake machine(cant remember the name though) from the Soviet Union (as far as i can remember)

and after that, it was never heard ever since....

maybe, they have perfected it, and used the indian ocean as a test site...

Actually, it was Ernst Blofeld, that diabolical fiend, but Bond found him and disabled his machine before he could send a second shock.  Unfortunately, Blofeld had an escape pod and got away.  James'll get him next time, though.  At least Bond got the girl, a Ms Leilay Aquiver.

nah it cant be earthqaukes take place due to movement of tectonic plates and its all nature humans dont have control over it
