Is it possible that i got sick from this?

Okay well im 13 turning 14 real soon.

My friend invited me over to use his new trampoline. and it is a pretty big one and stuff.

we went on it for like 1 hour or so. and i was doing forward flips. (ive never done it before, my friend taught me)

when i got home i had the sorest back ever so i laid in bed for like 2 hours and then i started to get cold and headache. so that night i felt pretty sick. and today i feel dizzy and have a headache and also randomly my vision goes blury.

Do you think i got sick from jumping on my friends trampoline ?

Oh yeah i wasnt sick at all before i went on his trampoline

I dont think you're sick at all!, I think you enjoyed it, and now you want an excuse to have a day off!, or ideally, go back there, and jump on it again, just to rule it out!..

Your sore back is from the trampoline. The headache and cold could be anything. It's more likely that you are getting the 24 hour flu or the common cold. Take some advil and get some rest and you should be fine.

I think you got sick from jumping on the trampoline, but not actually from the jumping itself. Trampolines can be pretty nasty places for all kinds of germs, bacteria and that sort of things. When jumping on trampolines we always end up landing on our hands at some point. So, you're probably sore from the jumping, along with the headache, but you probably also got a bug due to the germs and stuff.

Well its possible..and then isn't possible.

Its possible..

that the reason you are all dizzy is because you have never done flips before and your brain is getting used to the flipping. And your back being sore is normal. Especially if you were on the trampoline for an hour and doing flips.

but you should really tell your parents about your vision going blury....that's like impossible to get from just jumping on a trampoline.
