Is it possible that the 1978 Jonestown mass murder-suicdes were LINKED to the CIA program MKULTRA?

When Jim Jones' cult The People's Temple was under investigation in the early 70's for tax evasion, is it possible that Jim Jones was bribed by and/or cooperated with the CIA to brainwash his congregation (of roughly 1,000), secretly with the CIA, using them as experimental test subjects?

And it is not as simple as "one guy controlling everything".....

The fact is, the history of Peoples Temple and the tragic events in Jonestown are far too complex to be explained in one big paragraph here.
