  1. Absolutely.Because every bacterium has an optimum temp. ,pH,& many other factors which affects .Even at some temp. bacteria becomes deactive.

  2. Absolutely.  Temperature and moisture levels will fluctuate from hour to hour, and they both will effect the growth of any given bacteria.

  3. Yes.

    Depends.

But it is the media and the temperature and humidity sensetive some may be time sensetive, like seeds(spoures).

  4. YES.indeed

  5. Bacterial growth depends  on temperature & organic matter on which it will grow.

  6. Bacterial growth is generally classified in lag, log and stationary phase . bacterial growth is highest or u can say exponential in log phase while it is slow in lag and stationary phase. The growth will be maximum at optimum conditions of temperature, PH and the growth factors available

  7. Growth of bacteria depends upon the climatic conditions i.e. temperature, humidity, availability of food ( in the form of glucose) etc. So manipulating these conditions one can easily change the growth rate of bacteria of same species.

  8. yes..

    temperature and humidity will effect...

  9. Absolutely correct , because for ex. we can consider ourselves where we tend to change according to the surrounding climate and people .. In a rainy day we feel chilly and we are bored to work but on a sunny?? So bacteria too have the same capability..

The inactive state is called as DORMANT PERIOD
