Could golf balls be controlled, have microchips in em' or something?

The course magnetic or something?

No.  Golf is a game built around courtesy and respect and manners.  It is absurd to even ponder this idea.

   That like asking if a fishing tournament is rigged. there are too many variables in golf, wind, turf conditions, swing of the golfer-ball above your feet-ball below your feet, the height of the rough, TREES in you way. ECT. ECT.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
