Is it possible the points of BA's can ruin a diet ?

If you are addicted to BA's then you never leave your computer. So long as your computer is not in the kitchen then you can not eat. If you can not eat then you are sure to lose weight and possibly die from malnutrition.

So therefore, if you truly despise someone give them nothing but BA's and watch them starve to death.

Oh, yes it can.  but the antidote is to get up and run in place for 10 minutes for every BA one may receive.  Or, one may chose to come and do my laundry and dishes for me.  It's about the same deal  (teehee)

You are SO right!!!

With all the other activities we are sure of the calories as the no. is fixed,  but with BA calories are unmeasurable....

Since I like my sweet BAs for dessert,  I work out by answering many questions to spread the fat thin...  Try following this regime and your percentage will be

maintained!!!

P.S.  BTW,  at 15% I am as slim & trim as you are!
