  1. I miscarried with my first pregnancy in October 2007.  Keep in mind every ones body does different things.  I got really bad cramps I was doubling over in pain.  The cycle that started was very heavy I was filling a super plus tampon and pad an hour (sorry if TMI).  In my case I knew something wasn't right because the blood smelled as if i had a bleeding wound, and not like menstrual blood.  Go to the doctor get checked out, and good luck no matter the out come.  I am now 40 wks pregnant waiting to pop.  A miscarriage is hard to go through, but keep your head up if that is the case.

  2. I have had a miscarriage and it does sound similar.Call your doctor. It will get worse if it is a miscarriage.

  3. Yep it is a m/c, i went through this last year.

The clotting is the uterus lining and everything coming out and the blood brown/black because it is old blood.

    Sorry for your loss.

  4. Yes very similar, I have experienced a miscarriage and it sounds like what you are saying.

  5. I had a miscarriage a little over a year ago.  It started out with period like cramps, I thought it would pass so I didn't go to the doctor.  Over the next few days it got worse and I had really sharp pains and started spotting a little.  I still didn't go to the hospital.  That night things really went downhill, I ended up in the hospital in excruciating pain.  They had to give me morphine for the pain and advised me almost 8 hours later that I'd had a miscarriage.  I was only about 5 weeks along when this happened, so the aftermath of it wasn't too bad I had about 4 follow up appointments.

If you are having these symptoms PLEASE go to the hospital immediately before it gets worse.  I don't think they can do anything to stop a miscarriage but they can help ease the pain you may be facing.

  6. It can very well be a miscarriagae. Call your doctor or go to the ER
