Is it possible to Barbecue at Sauble Beach?

Is it possible to Barbecue at Sauble beach. I'm planning to carry a portable BBQ unit and was hoping if there was an area near the beach I could BBQ. If not at the beach, then some where around it close by.

Also what is a good area to be around the beach to avoid the large crowds that usually gather there.

i have never seen anyone bbq'ing and i live near here. if you head down the beach, north,  where its quiter then just go for it. they will just tell you not to if you cant.
