Is it possible to ...? (Details inside!)?

Question

OK, so you know that almost every websites have this "agreement" thingy that you have to read and agree. I know for a fact many people skip reading.

So, is it possible that those websites put stuff like "You will pay $100 everytime you purchase our items" in the middle of the agreement? What happens then? Is it our fualt that we did not read the agreement??
