Is it possible to Install Fedora 9 on external drive?

Is it possible to install Fedora 9 on an external drive? I mean everything the boot loader, GRUB, and not even touch my Vista laptop. Can I still boot from the external drive when I want to use Fedora?

yes it is possible download the ISO image and read this article that will help. basically you have to download an application called LiveUSB Creator.
