Well, I'm not sure, but a friend of mine's mother took too much & it raised her blood pressure & caused her to have a stroke.

its unlikely that 2 x the dose would be lethal but I wouldn't advise it.

What ever you do don't mix it with alcohol as i once did many years ago. I was fine the next day but my did it bring out a mischivous streak in me. I was completely off my cake!
