  1. Yes. But it takes time and dedication.

  2. yes it is possible but it will take many years. don't try anything that's not comfortable to try to improve. The best way it to work really hard in dance class with your teacher. There are stretches which i'm sure you've heard of-the frog sretch or sitting in a butterfly position with ur toes together and knees on the floor in front which will help with turnout. Howvwere nothing should be rushed or pushed to hard-my freind tried to do that once and anded up hurting her knee real bad. Also remember that turnout comes only from the top of the thighs and hips not toes or knees-VErY important! it's totally normal to have less than perfect turnout so just keep at it!

    good luck

  4. Actually, very few people have a perfect turnout. Practice does help a lot and it trains the muscles, but genetics also play a role in your turnout. Even most professional dancers don't have perfect 180 degree turnout. The important thing is to use whatever turnout you have to your advantage. Perfect and imperfect turnout can both work the same to your advantage.

    Hope this helped = )

  5. yes it is possible as i have acheived it
