Is it possible to acquire a near native french accent?

...When you're an anglophone speaker, whilst speaking french? My french teacher says that we can't. But I think we can. She said something about our palates hardening...even then can we still do it? another thing...is it possible to speak near native fluency/pronunciation in more than one language? Like let's say I speak 4 languages could I learn to be near native?

I think you could probably sound close to native.I've really done no research into this, but I think  if you're very good at recognizing and mimicking the sounds you hear from native speakers you might pull it off.

I think it's definitely possible to speak 4 languages fluently, in Europe most people know their countries official language, English, and a neighboring countries language as well, so it's most likely not difficult to attain another one.....
