Is it possible to actually buy a cadillac cien? If so, how many have been produced?

I doubt it.  It is/was just a concept car (an awesome one though!), and seeing as how we haven't seen any media buzz from Cadillac building up to a launch after many years, it will probably stay that way.

Most concept cars never make it to the showroom, only dazzle people at car shows.  However part of the technology usually make it into other models.

To know for sure, you'd probably need access to insiders at Cadillac...

No it was a concept.  They cost millions to make because everything is custom made.  Even if it ran they cant legally sell concepts and prototypes due to liability concerns.  Its probably either a display somewhere or a cube.
