Is it possible to add a footer onto your livejournal page?

i made this notebook thing for my background because i couldn't find one that i really liked and it suits the page so if anyone could help me that would be greatly appreciated

In which software you make it. If you used MS word for this purpose then open you file. Go to the Insert menu. and then click header and footer.
