Question:

Is it possible to appear or look skinnier by this monday?

i need to appear skinnier for the first day of skool, im not fat or too skinny, im average, but i kinda ate alot this summer and gained about 5 pounds.

so any help?

  1. You can lose about 2-3 pounds by eating 1200 calories a day plus exercising for an hour. I've been doing this for 2 days and already went from 148.4 to 146.4. Good luck!


  2. DISCLAIMER: this will not make you lose weight.

    Eat only fruits, vegetables, water, and some lean protein. Carbs will make your body feel bloated, and bloating makes your belly stick out, even if you suck in your gut. These foods will not make you bloat, and consequentially make you look skinnier :)

  3. Lay off from the carbohydrates. Detox out all that bloating stuff and these few days just eat fresh and organic vegetables and fruit salads. That should do the trick.

    breakfast: grapefruit juice

    lunch: 3 apples, 1 orange

    dinner: 2 boiled eggs, plain salad

    day2

    breakfast: 1 piece of dry toast

    lunch: 2 apples, 2 oranges

    dinner: 1 piece of grilled chicken, plain salad, grapefruit juice

    follow this religiously (do NOT add anything!) and you will guaranteed lose about 3 or 4 pounds. i do it all the time when i need to lose weight quick and it works. make sure you drink lots of water as well though and maybe go for a jog or something if you feel up to it, then after your jog do some stomach crunches.

  9. Just wear clothes that look good on you and start the process of losing weight now, so that in a few weeks you look slimmer. There's no way to look instantly slimmer.

  13. oh god,  if your not fat then why do you want to hide yourself(and even if you are fat **** them)?its a little late it your just starting now but you can try only eating soup for the next couple days, and black always slims, just PLEASE dont start throwing up your food, im geussing your better than that.

  17. you can start by eating less the day of school, it will make your stomache smaller. dont starve yourself or anything tho! not what im trying to say

    also, if you wear black it is slimming, and if you wear a babydoll or empire top it can disguise your stomach

  18. well , Eat allot of high Fiber food .. Apples .veggies .. Don't drink Anything but water I do meen that,  Soda and other beverages will bloat you make you look chunkier .

    No salty food .. No deli meat or processed food!

    Eat just Fresh  fruit and veggies  and drink water.!

    and take some walks over the weekend ..

    and 5 lbs is NOT that much ! it mught just be water weight but do what i suggested and you should be fine

    There is a slimming footless pantyhose you can wear that's very comfortable and comes in nude or black that allows me to wear my 'tight' jeans much more comfortably. They pull you in and slim you down yet aren't uncomfortable in the least.  I love mine.

    They are available at Target, Macy's and the like for between $12 and $20 - and you can wash them like you would a leotard.

    The name brand Spanx I believe must be ordered online - the same thing in the store is called Assets

    Do not loose your confidence just think about all good things in life and be happy. i am sure all will love you :)

  22. Drink lots of water this weekend. On Monday let your hair down, maybe straighten it. Wear something with dark colors. You'll be fine.

  23. wear something that would cinch you in at the waist then flows away from the stomach helps if you think your stomach is a problem area

  24. well you could create an illusion. you could wear spanx. they are a thing that you can put on your stomach or thighs......it is sort of like a modern day corset that doesn't really hurt as much. also, wear skinny jeans with a baggy shirt and black pants. if you wear something out of ordinary somewhere where you are pretty skinny, people will look there and not at the other bigger spots.

  25. unless you starve yourself for all of today and sunday & monday, and do nothing but exercise, your not gonna take any weight off in two days.

  26. If possible don't apply oil on your head on Monday.

    Have a head bath on that day.

    Wear a tight Inner on that day.
