Is it possible to attach a blackout lining to tab top curtains?

.................. but I would buy blackout blinds and use those to be sure my curtains don't get faded !!!

yes !!    velcro or sew it on

yes it is , all you need to do is sew some Velcro or use hooks to do this or if you want you can even sew it to the panels either way you will have the tabs free just concentrate on the panels .

this is if you are going to use hooks

this is if you use Velcro sew the tape just like so on the panels and the lining you need to pull them apart position one side on the panel and the other on the lining and sew , then you put them back together and your lining is attached.
