Tank Toppers seem to be to expensive, unless you can find one under $15. I would like to have some sort of ledge or platform and I have a small budget. HELP ME?!

  1. we kept gerbils in an aquarium and built a home on stilts or you could use bricks to raise up a wooden shelf ( so long as the aquarium is on a solid surface) and then lean a ladder against it. it's a case of use your imagination (and whatever you have handy in the house!)

  2. Use Silicon or Gripfil type of glues. Just glue to the glass. Good job.

  3. I wouldn't.It will only help him to escape more easily. And as for attaching something with glue-well,I"d be afraid he"d knaw at the glue and it would poison him.Leave well enuf alone.
