Is it possible to automate an overhead projector? the one that automatically changes acetate on its own?

is it possible if we use a remote control in changing its acetate? if possible, can i get some idea how to do such? thanks in advance!

I've never seen it done, but I don't see why it couldn't be.  That said, I suspect it would be fairly bulky, expensive and problem prone particularly unless the acetates were carefully standardized. The easiest way would be if they could be linked into a belt and dragged across the projector bed one by one.

I doubt you will ever see a commercial model though since most people use computers (e.g. Powerpoint presentations) not overhead projectors these days. In essence, "Powerpoint" does everything you envision, is portable (laptop and small projector), probably doesn't cost any more, and can include animation, sounds, and other features you can't get with acetates.
