Is it possible to be an Olympic Swimmer and still have a life?

Like I want to hunt, fish, have a girlfriend play baseball. Just normal stuff. I read Michael Phelps doesn't even have time for a girlfriend? Is this possible or not?

I would doubt it...he is in the pool six days a week. Usually it becomes their life.

he is still young for girlfrend. His rountine training take up 6 to 8 hours a day, just like working 9-5 job.

Now he don't have to look for girls, all girls

will come to him.

my cousin is a swimmer, and she balery has time to hang out with her friends. i mean shes made it to state and shes only in 7th grade(going into 8th)

she lives in the water. every swimmer does. im suprised Michael Phelps doesnt grown fins or something.

They have a little clip about Natalie Coughlin on NBC, she has a nice life. Friends, getting married, other hobbies, so yea if you happen to be as talented as she is, you can. Phelps' coach said that Coughlin is probably more talented than even Michael Phelps.
