Is it possible to be feeling implantation at only 7 dpo?

I am 7dpo and I'm having slight cramping also my b*****s are sore as well and my nipples itch like crazy. I had a chemical pregnancy last month.

YES! It can occur as early as 6 DPO and possible earlier depending on the women. It sounds to me like what you are experiencing are pregnancy symptoms.

Yes!

I had those same feelings at 7dpo...the nagging cramps, sore breats and overall "blah" feeling prompted me to take a test (first response early result) mid-afternoon on 8dpo.  It was positive.
