Is it possible to be hired by an employer in London via online application?

I am a German national who would like to work in London. I am going to the US next week for a couple of months vacation and look for a job in London using the internet. Is that possible?

Absolutly.  In fact, there are many, many companies looking to hire people to "process" money for them.  Just look in your spam folder or email box.

Seriously, take great care when contacting and applying to job offers in different countries or overseas.  Get names, numbers and addresses and check them prior to applying or accepting any job that is not face-to-face.
