Common sense is not in my view the vehicle to true happiness. Neither is money. True happiness comes from loving and being loved.

yes? lol..unless you are to consumed in your wealth...how can someone be rich with no common sense, unless you "came" into wealth rather than somehow worked for it

Yes it is. Although a lot of the rich people seem like they've lost themselves in their wealth, there's an exception to every rule. In this case, there may be lots of exceptions. Just because someone's wealthy, it doesn't definetly mean that they've lost sight of who they are. It's a possibility, that they have/will, but it's not a definite thing, because everyone's different.

people become rich from common sense, they see something people want and sell it, people wont buy lower the price... simple buissness plans happiness comes with money, with more money comes less work, less work brings more freetime and happiness

i think it depends on how strong your foundations and morals were BEFORE you became rich, bc foundations and morals, no matter what are the hardest to shake. friends, jobs, objects are easy in comparison.
