Is it possible to be sixteen and be a limited too model?

It's very hard for me to get modeling work, because I look very young for my age esp. in the face, so I've been considering this. I look like I'm twelve/thirteen-ish and I'm 5'3 and probably 95 pounds. I'm afraid this is a dumb idea though, because people won't take me seriously. Advice?

After working at limited too for many years, I've noticed a general trend to the catalogs: once the girls hit puberty, they are in maybe one or two more catalogs and then you never see them again.  Another thing I have noticed is that they start models out somewhat young and then they grow  with the catalog until they are too old.  I doubt they would hire a model near the end of her career as far as "pre-teen" modeling goes, even if you are small/young-looking for your age.  

If you are interested in modeling in general, I would suggest attending open casting calls or finding an agent that can hook you up with someone in need of a teen model.  You may find better luck modeling for a company that sells teen clothes as you will look more like a developed teen for a lot longer than you will look like a pre-teen.  Best of luck!
