yes lots of people are too skinny.

it depends on your height, because if your like 5'2 a size 0 is fine

but if your like 5'9 a 0 is too thin

When you are underweight for your height and frame size. You can see muscle wasting and bones. This is not healthy.

Like, Im 13 and 80 lbs, but Im short too.

If I was, like, 5'9 or something and 80 pounds, Id prolly look gross.

Im actually 4'9.

YES too skinny is possible.  Nicole Richie used to be way too skinny. I also think Keira Knightly is too thin.  

I would say that anything under a size 2 is WAY too skinny, unless you are 5 ft tall and very small boned.

It's called anorexic.

I'm 5'5 109 pounds and a size 0, which the doctors say is just fine.

but if i was 5 inches taller and those measurements, that would be way too thin..

People who look bony are unattractive.

You can find healthy and attractive weights by calculating BMI.

Too skiny would be a 5'3'' girl weighing 90 pounds.

Just right would be a 5'3'' girl weighing 120 pounds.
