Is it possible to become a super famous celeb if you live in a small town?

Britney Spears did it so can't I?I live in in MD and Im 13 and a half I am very talented in Acting and Dancing and ok in singing.I have a pretty face and I have the charm.Do you think its possible?What are the steps to becoming an actress/Like headshots first or agent first I need a website or someone to explain the process to me step by step.Ive been training for my career for about 2 years(like plays,camps, that stuff)so i think Im ready.

Get an agent. Start perfoming in larger cities around. Play in your school's theatrical production. Britney Spears did a lot in new orleans, tho kentwood is about an hour and a half away.

FIRST;  You need to have TALENT... being cute will get you into an AUDITION but after that, it takes TALENT... and that is a lot more than jumping around in your basement with a pretend mic and thinking you are dancing.

You need to take voice and dancing lessons and, eventually, you need acting lessons... Just wanting to become a famous celebrity is NOT enough to keep you going when the times are rough... you need to want to do it because you LOVE IT and not to be famous... because if your sole desire is to be famous... YOU WILL FAIL.

To succeed you need to do the same that the other people at the auditions do... you need TEACHERS to help you develop your skills... if you show up at an Audition with no training or experience, all you will hear is "Thank you.... NEXT".
