Is it possible to bring a Hyundai Atos or Ford Ka from Mexico into the U.S.A. ?

I'm getting to the age where I will be starting me Driver's Test, in about 7 months. My mom and dad told me that I'll be getting my own car, and that they would pay for it as a gift for my birthday. I was looking for cars on Google and I found that I really like the Hyundai or dodge Atos and the Ford Ka. Is it possible to bring one of those cars from Mexico, like if I bought there and drove back to the U.S. ?

i dont believe you can the mexican vehicle will not meet the us smog requirements and while you can bring it on a temp basis such as a tourist could i don't think you can register it here due to the high smog regulations.
