Is it possible to bring back a dead person as a robot ?

The reason im asking is because i saw this article about this type of chip they put inside the human its a smart computer that gives human the 6 senses humans have but im not sure about it, plus im no genius at science itself but can anyone explain the possibilty of it please thanks ?

It probably will be acheivable in the future, and I think if it ever did happen we would learn that people do have a soul, and that every action we as humanbeings make is connected to our soul and can't be scientifically explained. If a chip existed that gave a humanoid all six senses, I'll guarantee you they wouldn't cry, get sad, or get angry, even if the chip was placed inside a human brain with all the natural hormones and chemicals flowing. ;-)

I personally dont think thats possible at all. The only time I have seen a person come back to like was in The Sims.
