  2. Yeah dude, that's barely any running at all. Running 40 or more a week might would make it harder, but you shouldn't have any problem at all running that much.

    Just don't stop working out and you'll continue to get stronger and like the other people said you need to eat enough protein. Running that much is good though, it should help keep the fat off from eating all the meats and things you'll need, giving you a "cut" appearance.

  3. Not unless you eat protein as well, which is needed to build muscels.

  4. its all about protein...you could buy whey protein powder from walmart,cvs,walgreens
