Is it possible to build endurance without running?

Aside from traditional running/jogging, are there any alternative cardio exercises that can help build endurance?

  1. Well i have a 6 pack and i use to play runescape i had 99strenght and attack i use to play runescape attack a monster and then do a Crunch that should work


  2. There are sooo many.

    Endurance exercises are just exercises at a medium to low pace over a long period of time...so anything like cycling and swimming will be perfect.

    Also, like one hour gym classes would be great, or even tennis or another sport.

    Jogging and Running are the most obvious, but use your imagination and practically everything is endurance exercise (e.g. If you do steady paced situps for like 5 min's- thats an endurance exercise)
