Is it possible to buy a car radio that can get a London radio station in Kent?

All local FM radio stations are limited to a certain range, depending on the strength of the transmissions, so if you can't pick up a signal it will make very little difference whichever type or make of car radio you buy. Sorry!

No, its not about the radio its the transmission waves.  You can listen to it on the internet?  But thats all I can suggest.

reception on car radios depends how good your aerial is.Modern aerials today are not as good as the electric type which could pick up all stations on all frequencies at a greater distance.

Thats why it`s called BBC Radio London !. When in Kent you get BBC Radio Kent which is broadcast from the Medway town area (102.4 FM)
