Yes, it is possible to buy a house (real estate) in another country.  But you will need to hire an agent or lawyer in the area where the house is.  You will send money to the agent, then he will buy the house for you.

But it is a REALLY bad idea to buy a house  without seeing it for yourself.  You will need to trust your agent with lots of money, and you will need to trust the judgment of your agent.  If you are not friends with him, how can you trust him?  And how can you be true friends if you do not meet him face to face for many days?  Even if he is a cousin of your cousin, how can you be sure?
