it depends wat kind of action replay. if u want an action replay for the ds u woun't find one the haven't made ne for a while. if u want an action replay for the game boy u can probably find one at either game crazy or an eb-games

Yes, you can buy AR in stores, like Best Buy sells it for sure, or even your video game stores should sell it (EB Games etc.)
