Is it possible to buy an unlocked iPhone 3G in Turkey?

I'll be in Turkey for a week soon, and would like to find buy an unlocked iPhone 3G to take back to my iPhone-less country.

Any Turkish locals out there who can point me in the right direction?

yes they have special program, I bought iphone my cousin he did it, but I cant give the program name. in Turkey they know.

If it is Istanbul ure going to visit, drop by Sirkeci.  Ure gonna find unlocked iphones there in a building named Doğubank. There are sets of stores in there which sell imported mostly untaxed and unavailable for Europe material.
