Is it possible to buy radioactive waste?

if not then is it possible to go and get some where they store it, because i have heard of people that did that. (buy the way this is for a science experiment)

Don't be ridiculous.  It would be illegal to distribute dangerous chemicals to unqualified personnel.

Possible ONLY if you are licensed to handle it and had a legit reason for getting it. BUT I think you would not have any good reason for having it.

You need a special license (and specialist safety training) before you can handle or purchase any radioactive substance - waste or not.
