  1. Sure, all you got to do is get a credit card.


  2. If the auction takes money orders, just go to 7-11 or walmart & get  a money order & mail it to the person you won the auction from.

  3. You cannot sign up to an Ebay account unless you are 18.

    It is possible to lie about your date of birth to get an Ebay account but beware that you are agreeing to terms and conditions stating you are 18 and you will have to bare any and all repercussions if you get caught. It is not likely that this would happen but I feel like you should be told of the risks just in case.

    You will also need a Paypal account for most (or all after a certain dates, I think) auctions but I don't believe you need to be 18 to have one of these. Just need a bank account and/or credit card as far as I'm aware.

    It is possible to find sellers that will take Direct Credit, Money Order or C.O.D though.
