Is it possible to cancel purchase in ebay?

i just bought this one item, then i saw 'little' note said it is used

d**n!

i already paid with paypal. is it possible to cancel it?

Sorry to say forget it.  Happened to me once and and there was nothing I could do because the error was mine.

At this point, the only way you can cancel is with the agreement of the seller.

The seller may be reluctant to agree, as they incur fees and charges when an item is sold.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to read all the details of the item ~ I've been 'caught' that way, and I'm sure many others have also, but if the seller goes to the trouble of writing it down, they can't really be held responsible if we don't read it!

Contact the seller and say you were really wanting a new item and offer to pay any charges they have incurred because of your error. They may be nice and agree to forget the sale, refund your money and even waive the fees if you are polite and explain it was a genuine mistake.

If not ~ sorry to say, you've just bought a used whatsit. But all is not lost ~ you can always sell it on EBay!

You're talking about many charges being incurred because you didn't read carefully enough. I doubt the seller will have sympathy for you. Talk to the seller, if he hasn't already shipped your item, you could work something out. Other than that, you will get what you paid for. Trust me, its very frustrating to have to re-sell something due to various issues after someone agreed to buy it.
