  1. Phone them and ask. It will depend what type of ticket you have, some can be changed, some changed for a fee and some not changeable at all.

  2. you can always change your date to what ever you like, tho the flight might be full and/or you might have to pay a little more..

there are sometimes when you buy a ticket there is a clause when you pay for it that you can not change it or cancle it but you would have known that when you bought it..

  3. Depends on the class (not class of service, but the "fare level") you bought the ticket on. Sometimes it's cheaper to buy a new ticket, sometimes it's the only way. In general, you'll only be able to change the same ticket if the same class (classes are letters in the airline system, can be O, Q, N, L) is available in the same route and the fare rules don't say it's a non changeable ticket. Also, if you fail to appear for any of your flights, all subsequent ones will be cancelled.

  4. you will have to ring them and find out, you will get told all sorts on here !!!
