Is it possible to change a name on a flight at the airport just before check-in/flight?

flying out to magaluf tomorrow evening and my girlfriend has backed out at the last minute fs!,my friend would like to go,but im unsure weather i can get the name changed at such short notice,im going to go to airport early before check in and see weather i can get the name changed to my m8s,is this possible?,if so at what cost?,flying with jet2 btw,please help

Contact the reservations agent of the airline directly.  They might have a time limit on changes.  It will cost you, definitely; the usual charge is around $100.

Absolutely not.  Airlines are very strict about name change.  Air ticket and seat reservation are not transferable.
