Is it possible to change your mind on a real estate contract once the offer has been accept by the buyer ?

we have not gave the earnest money yet,

they counter are offer we said no to the counter then they said yes to are originally offer but I no longer want that house.

  1. If the last offer was declined than you have no obligations. If you signed the contract, you might be out the earnest money. If you have an agent. Talk to them. If not, call one in the area. They will help you and its free.


  2. Thats actually good for you.  They dont have your earnest money so it doesnt cost you anything to back out.  

  3. NO MONEY, NO CONTRACT, ALSO YOU SHOULD ALWAYS HAVE A COOLING OFF PERIOD WRITTEN INTO EVERY CONTRACT. 5 days - 10days is not asking alot
