  1. Perhaps you could make a clone of yourself at birth, and keep it in a medically induced coma so that it ages with you.

It still won't have your personality and thought processes though, that's a result of your experiences, not genetics.  Maybe someday in the future they'll figure out a way to copy memories, then you could get a personality match as well as a physical match.

  2. No. Only after 40 years a surrogate mother has given birth to that baby, will it look like you.

  3. No.

    It is not possible.

Cloning is not a photocopying machine that can make a double of you.  It is a CELLULAR process, that recreates a cell with the same genetic material.

  4. Nope and even if you did waited another 40 years for your clone to be your age, its highly unlikely that your clone will not look like you when you were in your 40s. With so much time passing, the environment of your clone would have shaped its features to something completely different from you. Remember, we are all individuals, cloned or born normal, because we are all a combination of our nature and nurture. Although two or more people can have the exact same DNA, their surroundings will never be completely the same and their surroundings is what makes 50% of a person. So you can never duplicate an exact copy of yourself (at least in a non genetic sense) let alone immediately duplicate yourself at the exact same age.
