  1. The Brand name doesn't make a difference as long as It supports Dolby Surround.

You should have an audio card that supports that, and you have to have an optical out or outs for front and back speakers.

I'd recommend buying a home theater or a speakers set that comes with the Amp and everything, jst to keep your hands clean!

    I hope this helps!

  2. All you have to do is plug it into your computer's sound card. Don't listen to the other answers (sorry guys). It doesn't matter, the surround sound system you are talking about will plug in just like your headphones would normally plug in. (Refer to the manual it will show you how, it's super easy)

  3. The brand doesn't matter one single bit. There is no possible outcome to set up a surround sound onto your computer, unless it was custom made.

  4. obviously these people dont know anything about computer surround sound. Well I do because I have it set up at my house. Heres what you have to do. Theres a thing called a reciever were the speakers plug into the back. (Dvd players and others things can plug into the back as well but it wont make a difference if you dont have them). Then once you have all of the speakers set up theres a chord that plugs into the head phone jack that comes with the reciever. Then you just plug it in make some adjustments and it will be perfect
