Is it possible to connect blue tooth between computer and phone?

like send files from my phone to the computer through blue tooth connection or from the computer to the phone . my phone is Samsung!!!

Yes it's possible, only if your Samsung has blue tooth technology

Yes. I do it every day you need to pair the devices (needs a code) then authorise one to access the other (this can be done in both directions if you wish).

my computer is Windows XP or Mac 10.5 and Phone is also a samsung.

that said there is one requirement that BOTH computer and phone have bluetooth!

Yes ofcourse you can, all you need to do is buy a bluetooth device (dongle) for your PC and then you transfer date to / from the phone via bluetooth.
