Is it possible to connect the middle part of a home stereo to a car? if so how would i be able to do that?

i have added my home stereo speakers to my car and they work good, but the bass boost on the speakers wont work unless i have the middle part of the stereo connected to them, is there a way that i could get the whole stereo connected to my car and be able to use the bass boost on my speakers?

First things first, you definetly not advised to use home audio equipment in the car.  There are reasons they make car stereo equipment.  Voltage variants, weather conditions, rough driving, etc...

That said, what are you meaning by the "whole stereo"?  We need more info on what exactly you are trying to do.
