Is it possible to connect to Nintendo Wi-Fi without adapter?

yea you can conect to wi-fi threw a wirless home router (or caff router) just start up your ds go into the game that as wi-fi and then go into wfc settings and then set it up acording to your wirless router.

It is, as long as you have wireless internet set up at your house.  If you have a wi-fi router that is either 802.11b/g, your Wii system has a built in antenna that can connect to the network - you'll just have to set it up correctly under the Wii menu.

You can use the nintendo wi-fi stick or a wireless router. The router would be the best choice because you can connect so much more stuff with it at the same time.  Other than those two methods, i don't see how you can play wii on wi-fi.
