Is it possible to connect two (different service)broadband routers/modems on one phone line? plz help?

I really need to know about this cause Im in a same house with someonelse and he has his own broadband internet service and I need my own broadband service.But the house only have one phone line .

And I would like to know the most suitable way to solve this problem .thank you .

Nope, best way would be to by a router and split the service between the two of you and go halvers on the bill
