Yes,it's possible.It's happen to me.That i had a dream with crush.....But i wake up only a seconds and then i sleep and my dream continue.

It's possible to continue a dream only if you had lucid dreams which means you had vivid images and sounds in your dream but you can't continue a dream if your fully awake and don't remember the "story" in your dream.

It is possible only through wishful thinking in the awakened state to a certain extent.

I think, ultimately dreams are not under our control and it is useless to continue them.
