Saliva does not carry the disease. However there can be small cuts in the mouth so small you don't even know they are there that will contaminate saliva with HIV/AIDS. You should Always use a condom or dental dam during oral s*x to be protected against infection.

It is possible, if your partner has any open cuts or sores in her mouth,  for you to get HIV. However, it is much easier to get other STDs, such as herpes,  through oral s*x.
